All drivers have the right to appeal via email to email@example.com or in writing to Appeals Department, Fencrest Parking, Princess Park Manor, Friern Barnet Road, London N11 3FL.
All appeals should be received within 28 days of the date of issue of this ticket. Appeals made outside of this time may not be responded to except in extreme circumstances at the sole discretion of the company.
The Parking Charge Notice will be frozen from the time of an appeal is received by the company until such time as the appeal is responded to. Please note that no verbal appeals can be accepted.
All appeals will be determined within a 28 day period form the date that the appeal is received.
